1. Inquire & Connect
From our first conversation, I want to understand what matters most to you, from the people you want photographed to the small details you don't want to miss. We’ll talk through your plans, your priorities, and what you’re envisioning so you feel comfortable and confident heading into your wedding day.
2. Plan & Prepare
As your wedding approaches, I’ll help you think through the photography timeline, important details, and the moments you want documented. My goal is to make the process feel organized and easy, so you can be present on your wedding day.
3. Capture & Deliver
On your wedding day, I’ll be there to document it as it unfolds, from the people you came to celebrate with to the little details you spent so much time planning. Afterward, I’ll carefully edit your images and deliver a gallery that brings you right back to how the day felt.

How do we book you?
Once you reach out through the inquiry form, I’ll send over my availability and next steps. If we’re a good fit, a 50% retainer is required to officially reserve your date.
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book their photographer at least 6 months in advance, especially for popular dates. If you already have a date in mind, feel free to reach out and I’ll let you know my availability. Bookings are first come, first served.
How many hours of coverage do we need?
This depends on your wedding plans and how much of the day you’d like documented. Most couples choose 8 hours of coverage, but I’ll help you decide what makes the most sense based on your timeline, locations, and priorities.
Can we customize our coverage?
Absolutely. If you have specific needs for your wedding day, reach out and we can talk through what would work best for you.
How will I receive my photos?
Your photos will be delivered through an online Pixieset gallery. You’ll be able to download your images in high resolution, and your gallery will remain available online for 3 months.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes! Travel fees are included in my wedding packages. For weddings outside the San Francisco Bay Area, feel free to reach out and I’d be happy to discuss the details.
